Children under the age of 18
are provided supports with
licensed foster parents.
Families are licensed through
the Department of Child and
Family Services. A maximum
of 2 foster children live with a
foster family. Case
management supports are
available to assist with
program coordination with the
various professionals and
school personnel.
Supports are given to
individuals and their families
who need assistance in the
family home. Specialized
training is given in a variety of
functional skills such as
independent living activities,
leisure skills, meal planning,
money management, and
safety/emergency preparedness
and community access.
