Living (apartment)
This living arrangement is
provided for individuals living
with a roommate in an
apartment setting. Support
staff and overnight staffing is
provided as indicated by
individual needs. Supports
may involve assistance with
activities of daily living, health
care, and home management
which will assist the individual
in preparing for independent
living.
Supports are given to people
living in their own apartment
or home. The supports may
involve assistance with money
management, meal
preparation, hygiene and
health management,
self-advocacy and legal
assistance if needed. Staff
work with the individuals
directly to provide the supports
so that the person can live
independently.
