Staff support is provided to a maximum of four people sharing a home in the community.  Staff is trained to support people with difficulties.  At night, staff are awake and required to respond when needed.  Each person has their own room.  The people go to school, work in the community or attend local day programs.  Supportive training is provided to each person in the home, based on their needs, personal goals, and capabilities.  Rent and household expenses are paid by the people living in the home. The individuals use the public bus system or para-transit system for transportation

Staffing is provided for a maximum of four people sharing a home in the community.  Each person has their own room.  The people go to school, work in the community or attend local day programs.  Supportive training is provided to each person in the home based on their needs, personal goals and capabilities.  Rent and household expenses are paid by the people living in the home. Asleep staff stay in the home at night and respond when needed. The individuals use the public bus system or para-transit system for transportation.

Supports are given to people living in their own home or apartment.  The supports may involve assistance with money management, meal preparation, hygiene and health management, self advocacy and legal assistance if needed.  Staff work with the individuals directly, to provide the supports so that the person can live independently.

Supports are given to individuals and their families who need assistance in the family home.  Specialized training is given in a variety of functional skills, such as independent living activities, leisure skills, meal planning, money management and safety/emergengy preparedness and community access.

Children under the age of 18 are provided supports with licensed foster parents. Families are licensed through the Department of Child and Family Services. A maximum of two foster children live with a foster family.  Case Management supports are available to assist with program coordination with various professionals and school personnel.
